LinkMyAgency
Streamline agency client onboarding by collecting OAuth access to ad and social accounts through a single branded connect link.
What it does
LinkMyAgency helps marketing agencies gather OAuth access to clients' advertising and social accounts using a single branded connect flow so teams spend less time exchanging credentials and more time executing work. Single branded connect link Create one white-label connect page or link that clients open to grant access across multiple platforms in a single flow. Agencies share one destination instead of step-by-step instructions, which shortens onboarding and reduces back-and-forth during access requests. Supported platforms and OAuth flow The product lists mainstream ad and social platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and relies on OAuth-based authorizations. LinkMyAgency facilitates the handshake and permission granting; it does not store account credentials or act as a proxy that directly controls platform accounts. Automation and workflow integrations When a client completes a connection, LinkMyAgency can trigger downstream automations through supported integrators (Zapier, Make and related automation platforms). Agencies use this to create CRM records, send notifications, or start internal onboarding tasks automatically when access is granted. Diagnostics, error handling and recovery guidance The platform shows link status and guided error messages to help clients resolve common permission problems. It offers self-service remediation tips (for example, how to create required assets or adjust platform permissions) so many issues can be fixed without a support ticket, though some permission gaps still require actions inside the source platform. Team management, white-labeling and bulk actions Features for agencies include white-label connect pages, team collaboration controls, multilingual support and bulk access transfer or invite acceptance to scale onboarding across many clients. Note: cancelling the service does not automatically revoke previously granted OAuth connections; those remain active until clients or platforms revoke them.
