Maeve Social
Centralize planning, approvals, publishing and reporting for agency social teams.
What it does
Maeve Social is a social media operations platform for agencies and marketing teams to plan content, manage approvals and publish across multiple networks from one workspace. Cross-platform scheduling and per-network variations Create a single content item and adapt it per network: captions, first comments, hashtags, media type (reel vs feed), and platform-specific fields like YouTube titles and tags. View and manage planned posts in month, week, list calendars and content boards to keep multiple client schedules aligned. Developer API, CLI and automation tooling A documented REST API and maeve-cli expose create/schedule content, media upload and analytics routes for automation. The platform also provides a machine client proxy for connecting AI agents or CI automations so teams can drive publishing and integrations programmatically. Unified inbox and approvals workflow A consolidated inbox surfaces comments and direct messages with assignment, threaded replies and automated reply rules. Approval workflows support internal and client review policies (including single approver, unanimous, or ordered approval flows) and let clients approve posts via shareable links without requiring accounts. Media studio, briefs and branded reporting A media library and workbench let teams batch creative, store briefs and organize assets with labels and experiments. Native platform metrics are pulled into consolidated analytics and exported as branded PDF reports for client deliverables and experiment tracking. Platform publishing rules and account requirements Maeve documents per-network publishing rules and validates account types where required (for example, some Instagram features need eligible Business or Creator accounts), and enforces role checks when publishing via the API.
