Octanist
Capture marketing leads, connect them to ad spend, and send offline conversions back to ad platforms and analytics.
What it does
Octanist is a European lead-tracking and offline-conversion platform used by agencies, in-house marketing teams and multi-location businesses to link web leads with real-world outcomes and ad spend data. Lead capture and tracking metadata Octanist records form and lead events along with tracking metadata such as GA4 client IDs, UTM parameters, first/last touch and timestamps. Teams use these lead records to join website leads with ad interactions and build attribution reports in CRMs or BI tools. Offline conversion and ad-platform syncs The product supports sending offline conversion signals back into Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn as well as into GA4. This lets teams report qualified leads or closed sales as conversions in ad platforms after lead qualification, rather than relying solely on on-site events. Ad-spend aggregation and APIs Octanist provides ad-spend endpoints and nightly ad-spend pulls so spend data can be combined with lead volumes. The API-driven approach lets analytics teams compute campaign-level CPL and ROI metrics in their data warehouse or BI dashboards. Integrations, exports and webhooks The platform documents an API for leads and ad-spend, plus webhook support and export paths to CRMs, data warehouses and project tools. These integrations are designed to feed Octanist data downstream for reporting, enrichment or operational workflows. Privacy posture and PII handling Octanist's documentation states it does not transmit raw PII (emails, names, phone numbers) to advertising or analytics platforms and cites compliance with Google limited-use rules and GDPR as design constraints. This affects attribution workflows that require direct identifier-based matching and is a deliberate tradeoff for privacy-sensitive deployments.
