Triple Whale
Ecommerce analytics and attribution that brings sales, ad and partner data into a single view for Shopify merchants and DTC brands.
What it does
Triple Whale is an ecommerce analytics and attribution platform aimed at direct-to-consumer brands and Shopify merchants who need unified reporting across sales, ad channels and partner data. Unified attribution and revenue reporting Triple Whale ingests platform and ad data to produce multi-channel attribution views and revenue breakdowns. Teams use these reports to compare revenue across Google, Meta, TikTok, email and organic sources and to reconcile off-platform numbers against a single measurement workspace. Triple Pixel, server-side tracking and integrations The product provides a Triple Pixel and setup helpers for server-side tracking (including Meta CAPI) plus direct integrations for Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, Recharge and common commerce systems. These integrations help capture first-party events and reduce missing click or event data in attribution. Moby: in-app AI assistant and automation Moby (and Moby 2) is Triple Whale’s conversational AI layer for querying business metrics, generating reports and producing suggested actions. The assistant uses the platform’s context engine and LLMs to surface insights and can trigger in-app automations such as report creation or landing-page workflows where supported. Dashboards, cohorts and LTV analysis Triple Whale offers custom dashboards, product-level revenue breakdowns and cohort/LTV charts for customer and product journey analysis. Teams use these visualizations for performance monitoring, creative testing and lifetime value decisioning across segments. APIs and data ingestion Triple Whale exposes APIs and endpoints to create ad records and ingest custom events or partner data. Merchants and platforms can push external events into Triple Whale to consolidate measurement and support bespoke reporting use cases. Note on attribution behavior Triple Whale documents how its attribution logic handles impressions and click data and explains reconciliation differences with on-platform dashboards; users should expect some mismatches when event sources or attribution windows differ.
