Northbeam
An attribution platform that joins orders, ad spend and view events to measure conversion credit across channels for e-commerce teams.
What it does
Northbeam is an attribution and marketing intelligence platform used by e-commerce and direct-to-consumer teams to apportion conversions and revenue across digital and offline channels. Multi-touch attribution models Northbeam supports multiple configurable attribution models (including single-touch and multi-touch options) so teams can compare how different crediting approaches change reported conversions and revenue. Users switch models to reconcile platform-reported metrics with platform-agnostic measurement and to test sensitivity to attribution choice. Clicks + Deterministic Views The platform offers a Clicks + Deterministic Views approach designed to account for both click events and deterministic view events (such as certain video or in-app views). This helps brands that run high video spend capture value from view-driven conversions that click-only methods miss. Server-to-server order tracking and integrations Northbeam ingests order data via server-to-server connections (for example Shopify and other commerce sources) and pulls ad spend from native connectors or spend APIs. Teams feed backend order data as a conversion "ground truth" and link it to touchpoints across ad platforms for channel-level attribution. Coverage for non-integrated and offline channels For channels without native connectors (CTV, podcasts, direct mail, etc.), Northbeam supports spend ingestion by spreadsheet or API and post-purchase survey inputs so marketers can include offline or manually tracked spends in blended channel analyses. Product-level analytics and reporting tradeoffs The platform surfaces SKU- and product-level revenue analytics by acquisition channel, enabling product and growth teams to inspect which items drive paid conversions. Documentation notes a learning period (commonly cited as about 90 days) and emphasizes that model accuracy depends on data volume and UTM/event completeness, which can affect short-term results.
